K Joseph W llc. is a residential design firm as well as a construction company.

We build what we design and we design what we build.

We only build what we design, we do not build other companies designs. Our construction department is limited by our geographical location and can only build in the Washington DC area (Va, DC and Md)

We are unique because we have a full service Design studio that loves the challenge of designing anywhere in the world. Our Studio lives to design, so unlike the build component which is limited by our geographic location, our design studio will design you a unique house anywhere in the world.

We are everything you need to get your Dream Home, renovation or addition completed. We handle the initial concept, the Design Meetings, Construction Documents, Permits and Construction Management. All under one roof, with one company from start to finish to make the process as stress-free and efficient as possible.

Our strength is designing the perfect floor plan to fit how you live. Our customers have worked with architects on a plan only to be disappointed with how the plan was not what they were dreaming. Our designers know exactly how to created the floor plan that you want. We have many happy customers that love the flow of their renovated homes. K Joseph W is built on a foundation of residential experience and only residential experience.

While you pay for the project and we design the project, in the end it is OUR project, a collaboration of owner and professional to create the most pleasing, best designed house for you, our client. We like to take the team approach to every project we do.
